I am meeting with the developer of Township 5 tomorrow at 9 am. (For those of you that are not from around here, Township 5 is a developing plaza in Camillus NY that started with a Costco and then exploded. There is a dinner movie theater, a few restaurants, a gym, and a couple other smaller chain stores.) One of my questions for the prospective landlord is what he can do for me to supplement the very high rent they are asking.
What would you think the landlord could offer me to make up for the $6,000 in monthly rent expense?
